1.0 HOW TO BUY ON MBA SHOP
- LOOKING FOR A PRODUCT/ITEM
- Type the product/item you looking for into the search button.
- Scroll through the different categories on the shop page.
- On the shop page, click on the “cart symbol” to add to your order/order list.
- Inspect whether products/items are in your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Already a customer, type your e-mail address and password. To become a new customer, create an account with us.
- At checkout, type your delivery address, select delivery and payment methods.
- To complete your order, click on “PLACE ORDER”. Your order will be delivered within 24 hours for only MBA SHOP ONLINE EXPRESS items in Accra.

2.1 Policy
Statement
MBA is committed to providing you with on-time delivery of our products. We currently provide delivery/shipping services within Accra, Tema and its environs. We shall ensure that your product is delivered to you in good state. You can rely on us. Kindly proceed with your order.

3.0 RETURN POLICY
- Dissatisfied item(s) can be returned on the same day.
- Defected item(s) upon identification can be returned within 5 working days after delivery. The item(s) must be in its original packaging state.
- You’re eligible to receive a full reimbursement if the above applies.
- Do process the request, to receive your refund within 3- 5 working days.
- In order to return an item, kindly contact us to fast track the item you would like to return. Our support team, will respond quickly to your request and revert accordingly.
4.0 REFUND POLICY
- Upon making the request for a refund, we will rigorously evaluate and inspect the item(s) on the state of the received item(s) and notify you when the process is completed.
- If the return item(s) approved, we will refund to the actual mode of payment. The refund will be processed within a number of business days which depends on your card issuance policy.
4.1 PAYMENT POLICY
- We accept full payment.
- You pay on delivery in cash.
- For cheque payments, we deliver once the cheque is cleared.
